摘要
根据旭化成电解槽实际操作经验,在电解送电前,连通电解和氯氢处理的气相总管;在电解操作过程中,稳定氯气和氢气的压力,保证氯氢压差稳定。避免在送电过程中因氯气、氢气压力不稳定,造成氯氢压差高高或低低联锁,达到系统安全运行的目的。
On the basis of the practical experience in operation of Asahi Kasei electrolyzers,the following requirements shall be met:before the electrolyszers are electrified,the gas phase header for electrolysis and that for hydrogen-chlorine treatment shall be connected;during the operation of electrolysis,the pressure of chlorine and that of hydrogen shall be stabilized to ensure the stable pressure difference between chlorine and hydrogen.In this way,the high-high or low-low interlock of chlorine-hydrogen pressure difference caused by unstable pressure of chlorine and hydrogen during power connection can be avoided.As a result,the purpose of safe operation of the system is achieved.
