环境友好型聚氨酯胶粘剂研究进展

Research progress on environmental-friendly polyurethane adhesive

随着我国环保政策的日益严格和人们环保意识的加强,含有VOC的传统聚氨酯胶粘剂正在逐步被市场和消费者淘汰。水性化和无溶剂化是传统聚氨酯胶粘剂向环境友好型转变的重要技术路线。相较于国外化工巨头,我国聚氨酯胶粘剂生产企业在环境友好型聚氨酯胶粘剂产品的开发研究尚处于起步阶段。本文从基础配方研究、关键原材料性能、特殊功能性聚氨酯胶粘剂应用等方面综述了近年来我国在环境友好型聚氨酯胶粘剂领域的研究进展。

With the increasingly strict environmental protection policy in China and the strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection,traditional polyurethane adhesive containing VOC is gradually eliminated by the market and consumers. Waterborne and solvent-free are the important technical routes for the transformation of traditional polyurethane adhesive into environmental-friendly one. Compared with foreign chemical giants,China’s polyurethane adhesive manufacturers are still in the initial stage of development and research of environmental-friendly polyurethane adhesive products. In this paper,the research progress of environmental-friendly polyurethane adhesive in China in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of basic formulation research,key raw material performance,and application of special functional polyurethane adhesive.
