贵州省304名订单定向医学毕业生工作价值观对离职意愿影响的调查 被引量:2

Work values and turnover intention of 304 targeted admission medical graduates in Guizhou Province

摘要 目的 探讨工作价值观对订单定向医学毕业生离职意愿的影响及组织认同的中介作用。方法 通过方便抽样法对贵州省内的304名订单定向医学毕业生进行问卷调查,调查工具为人口学信息问卷、工作价值观量表、离职意愿量表、组织认同量表。使用SPSS 23.0、AMOS 25.0软件对数据进行相关分析以及中介模型分析。结果 工作价值观总分与组织认同总分存在正相关(r=0.146,P=0.014);组织认同总分与离职意愿总分存在负相关(r=-0.439,P=0.003);工作价值观总分与离职意愿总分不存在显著性相关(P=0.535)。中介模型分析显示,工作价值观对组织认同存在正向预测(β=0.16,P=0.021),组织认同对离职意愿存在负向预测(β=-0.49,P=0.003),工作价值观对离职意愿不存在显著性直接效应(β=0.10,P=0.109),组织认同对工作价值观和离职意愿具有显著的完全中介作用,中介效应值为-0.078。结论 工作价值观通过组织认同对离职意愿产生间接影响,对离职意愿不产生直接影响。 Objective To explore the association of work value with turnover intention and the mediating role of organizational identification in targeted admission medical graduates. Methods Data from 304 targeted admission medical graduates were collected by using convenience sampling in Guizhou Province. The survey tools included demographic information questionnaire, work value scale, turn-over intention scale and organizational identification scale. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 25.0software was used for correlation analysis and mediation model analysis. Results Work value was positively associated with organizational identification(r=0.146, P=0.014);organizational identification was negatively associated with turnover intention(r=-0.439,P=0.003),while work value was not statistically associated with turnover intention(P=0.535). Work value was positive correlated with organizational identification(β =0.16, P=0.021);organizational identification was negatively linked to turnover intention(β =-0.49, P=0.003);work value showed no statistical direct effect on turnover intention(β =0.1, P=0.109);organization identification exhibited a full mediating effect between work value and turnover intention and the mediating effect was-0.078.Conclusions Work value has no direct impact on turnover intention,but has an indirect impact on turnover intention through organizational identity.
