新时代化工学科研究生教育的改革创新与实践——以浙江大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 研究生教育旨在为国家培养高层次人才,为全社会的创新创造提供支撑。在当前国家对高素质研究生需求增加的形势下,为了进一步提升研究生教育质量,浙江大学化学工程与技术学科持续推进课程体系改革,加强研究生能力与素质培养;落实立德树人根本任务,全面建设课程思政;基于产学研合作,强化专业学位研究生培养;强化培养全过程管理,深入推进国际交流。这一系列改革创新举措取得了良好成效,对新时代化工学科研究生教育有很好的借鉴意义。 Graduate education bears the vital mission to not only cultivate high-level personnel, but also provide support for the innovation in the whole society. At present, the demand for high-quality graduates has become more and more urgent in China. In order to further improve the quality of graduate education of the discipline of chemical engineering in Zhejiang University, the curriculum system has been continuously reformed to reinforce the improvement of abilities and quality of graduates. The fundamental task of morality education of graduates has been fully implemented in related courses. In addition, the strengthened training of graduates seeking for professional degree has always been based on the in-depth cooperation among university, industry, and research. The overall-process management of graduate education has been improved, and the international exchanges of graduates has been promoted. The above measures have achieved good results, which brings useful reference for the general graduate education of chemical engineering discipline in the new era.
