摘要
针对生产过程中小批量、定制化生产需求,设计并实现了多机器人柔性装配系统。系统的核心单元是利用机器人技术、视觉技术和虚拟仿真设计的双机装配站。通过配置不同的传感器和工具,双机装配站可以适应不同类型的装配过程和工艺。柔性装配系统以双机装配站、AGV平台为基本单元,通过生产过程控制软件控制生产过程,实现了生产过程的定制化和高柔性。
This paper designs and implements a multi-robot flexible assembly system for small and medium batch and customized production.The core unit of the system is a dual-machine assembly station designed using robot technology,visual technology and virtual simulation.By configuring different sensors and tools,dual-machine assembly stations can adapt to different types of assembly processes.The flexible assembly system takes the dual-machine assembly station and the AGV platform as the basic unit,and controls the production process through the production process control software,realizing the customization and high flexibility of the production process.
