This paper takes the dilemma and inadequacy of the enterprise innovation team in the current management as a perspective,combines the innovative characteristics of the die&mold manufacturing enterprise,expounds the management aspects such as the necessity,positioning,mechanism establishment and team culture shaping of the enterprise innovation team,and proposes how the person in charge can make the innovation team operate efficiently.
