Design of mint fiber fabric

选用薄荷纤维混纺纱,设计并试织了3种薄荷抗菌夏凉被织物。根据夏凉被的风格特点选用三层接结组织,合理设计接结点位置,以确保夏凉被的蓬松质感;采用经起花或双层表里换层组织作为三层织物的上层组织,使织物表层具有花纹,提高了织物的美观性。试织结果表明,三层组织夏凉被一次成型,外观风格新颖独特,兼具实用性与美观性。

Three kinds of mint antibacterial summer cool quilt fabrics are designed and trial woven with mint fiber blended yarn. According to the characteristics of the summer cool quilt, the three-layer joint structure is selected, and reasonable designs of the joint position are to ensure the fluffy texture of the summer cool quilt. And the jacquard or double-layer surface and interior change weave are skillfully used as the upper layer of the three-layer fabric, to achieve the surface of the summer cool quilt with patterns, and to improve the beauty of the fabric. The trial weaving results show that the three-layer weave summer cool quilt is formed at one time, with a novel and unique appearance style, which has both good practicability and aesthetics.
