纯电动公交运营服务标准体系研究——以深圳巴士集团股份有限公司为例

Research on Electric Bus Operation Service Standards System——Taking Shenzhen Bus Group Co., Ltd. as an Example

当前我国的纯电动公交运营处于探索阶段,开展纯电动公交的运营服务标准化建设,有助于提升纯电动公交的运营效率,促进纯电动公交的推广。本文通过对国内外电动公交标准化现状进行研究,分析目前纯电动公交运营服务标准化存在的主要问题,并以深圳巴士集团股份有限公司为例,搭建了以服务通用基础标准分体系为基础,服务提供标准分体系为核心,服务保障标准分体系和技术保障标准分体系为配套,岗位工作标准分体系为支撑的纯电动公交运营服务标准体系,为我国纯电动公交运营服务质量提升提供统一规范的参考依据。

At present, the operation of electric bus in China is in the exploratory stage. Carrying out the standardization work of electric bus operation service will help improve the operation efficiency and promote the use of electric bus. This paper studies the current situation of electric bus standardization at home and abroad,analyzes the main problems in the standardization of electric bus operation service. Taking Shenzhen Bus Group Co., Ltd. for an example, it builds a electric bus operation service standards system, which is based on the general and basic service standards subsystem, with the service provision standards subsystem as the core, and the service guarantee standards subsystem and the technical guarantee standards subsystem as the complement, and the post work standards subsystem as the supporting part. This standards system provides reference for the improvement of the service quality of electric bus operation in China.
