国际标准化组织ISO/TC 207环境管理技术委员会于2019年修订完成并正式发布了ISO 14005:2019《环境管理体系采取灵活方法分阶段实施的指南》国际标准,旨在为各组织,包括各中小型企业(SMEs)采取分阶段方法建立、实施、保持和持续改进环境管理体系提供指南,以提升其环境绩效。本文重点阐述了ISO14005:2019国际标准修订的背景、目的和意义、关键术语和定义、分阶段方法的实施步骤,以及成熟度矩阵实用工具的应用。

The technical committee on environmental management of the International Organization for Standardization(ISO/TC 207) revised and formally published ISO 14005:2019, Environmental management systems-Guidelines for a flexible approach to phased implementation in 2019. The standard gives guidelines for a phased approach to establish, implement, maintain and improve an environmental management system(EMS)for organizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), which can enhance their environmental performance. This paper mainly expounds the background of the revision of ISO14005:2019, the purpose and significance, key terms and definitions, implementation stages of the phased approach and the application of the maturity matrix utility tool.
