基于混料法的炉渣配料对水泥性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索水泥原材料对水泥性能的影响,结合公司生产现状,研究粉煤灰、石灰石(粉体边角料)、炉渣掺量对其性能的影响,运用Design Expert软件中的混料分析方法,将上述辅材掺量作为影响因素,将28d的抗折、抗压强度作为响应指标进行优化分析。结果表明,当粉煤灰、石灰石(粉体边角料)、炉渣掺量分别为2.99%、5.01%、2%时,胶砂试件的强度最高,且得到的优化配比和实测值差异不大,表明混料响应曲面法可以较好地在水泥配料中应用。 In order to explore the influence of water raw materials on the performance of cement,combined with the production status of our company,the influence of the content of fly ash,limestone(powder scrap)and slag on its performance was studied.The content of the above auxiliary materials is used as the influencing factor,and the 28-day flexural and compressive strengths are used as the response indicators for optimization analysis.The results show that when the contents of fly ash,limestone(powder scraps)and slag are 2.99%,5.01%and 2%,respectively,the strength of the mortar specimen is the highest,and there is little difference between the optimized ratio and the measured value.,indicating that the mixture response surface method can be better applied in cement batching.
