高职院校阳光体育运动长效机制的构建

Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Sunshine Sports in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校作为国家培养人才、储备人力资源的重要阵地,对于阳光体育运动的全面落实有着重要的影响。本文从阳光体育运动长效机制理论分析出发,阐释阳光体育运动的内涵、价值以及阳光体育运动长效机制的结构,分析当前我国高职院校开展阳光体育运动的影响因素,并提出高职院校阳光体育运动长效机制的建立应以加强宣传与舆论导向,创设良好体育运动氛围,加大经费投入,完善场馆体育设施建设,建立健全管理制度,制定长远规划,加强体育课程理念建设,使阳光体育日常化、制度化和规范化,希望为今后高职院校开展阳光体育运动提供理论借鉴,进一步促进阳光体育运动的落实与发展。

As an important position for the country to cultivate talents and reserve human resources,higher vocational colleges have an important impact on the full implementation of sunshine sports.Starting from the theoretical analysis of the long-term mechanism of sunshine sports,this paper explains the connotation and value of sunshine sports and the structure of the long-term mechanism of sunshine sports and analyzes the influencing factors of sunshine sports in higher vocational colleges.It puts forward that the establishment of the long-term mechanism of sunshine sports in higher vocational colleges should be guided by strengthening publicity and public opinion guidance to create a good sports atmosphere,increasing the financial investment to improve the construction of venues and sports facilities,establishing and improving the management system to formulate long-term planning as the foundation,strengthening the construction of physical education curriculum concept to make sunshine sports routine,institutionalized and standardized as the goal of effective strategies.
