摘要
课程思政是将立德树人的工作任务贯穿于教育教学的全过程中,改变原有教学活动只注重知识传授而忽视学生人格、价值观、情感态度养成的弊端,体验教育恰好能弥补传统教育教学活动中存在的这块短板。通过教学方式和教学理念两个维度来对比传统教育和体验教育的差异,指出体验教育存在的必要性,并提出认知失衡、任务挑战、引导学生感知、反思与自省、成功建立团队等体验教育的过程设计步骤,并以“一人分饰两角”为课例展开分析。
Ideological and political education in all courses is to run the task of building morality and cultivating people through the whole process of education and teaching,to change the disadvantages of the original teaching activities that only pay attention to the teaching of knowledge and ignore the cultivation of students'personality,values and emotional attitude,and experience education can just make up for the shortcomings existing in traditional education and teaching activities.Through the two dimensions of teaching methods and teaching ideas,taking"one person plays two roles"as an example,this paper compares the differences between traditional education and experience education,points out the necessity of experience education,and puts forward the process design steps of experience education,such as cognitive imbalance,task challenge,guiding students'perception,reflection and introspection,and successful construction.
