摘要
硒是人体不可缺少的微量元素,多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒等功能。硒多糖是硒与多糖有机结合形成的产物,不仅具备多糖的生物功能,也是良好的补硒剂之一。硒多糖主要来源于天然硒多糖、微生物富集硒多糖及人工合成硒多糖。天然硒多糖的含量少、种类少且合成机制不明确,而微生物富集硒多糖的合成效率也不高。因此,基于人工化学合成制备硒多糖已成为近几年的研究热点。文章总结了3种人工合成硒多糖的方法:基于单体硒或亚硒酸钠的合成、基于氯化氧硒的合成以及基于含硒功能基团的合成,同时对硒多糖的表征方法及抗氧化功能进行了综述,旨在对硒多糖的发掘与利用提供理论基础与研究思路。
Selenium is an indispensable trace element in human body.Polysaccharide had anti-tumor and anti-virus functions.Selenium polysaccharide is the product formed by the organic combination of selenium and polysaccharide.It not only has the biological function of polysaccharide,but also is one of good selenium supplements.Selenium polysaccharides mainly came from natural selenium polysaccharides,microbial enriched selenium polysaccharides and synthetic selenium polysaccharides.The content of natural selenium polysaccharide is small,the species is few and the synthesis mechanism is unknown,and the synthesis efficiency of microbial enriched selenium polysaccharide is not high.Therefore,the preparation of selenium polysaccharide based on artificial chemical synthesis had become a research hotspot in recent years.This article summarized selenium polysaccharide three synthetic methods:based on the monomer of selenium and sodium selenite synthesis,synthesis based on chlorinated oxygen selenium,based on the function of selenium group’s synthesis,at the same time in this paper,the characterization method of selenium polysaccharide and antioxidant function were reviewed,aimed to provide theoretical basis and the research train of thought for seleniam polysaccharide excavation and utilization.
