摘要
采用离子组学的方法,基于电感耦合等离子体质谱技术对27份五倍子蜂蜜与非五倍子蜂蜜中的22种元素含量进行测定,结合多元统计分析,建立五倍子蜂蜜正交偏最小二乘法判别模型,并筛选出五倍子蜂蜜的标记元素。结果表明,Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Ni、Se、Mo、Cd和Pb等9种元素在五倍子蜂蜜与非五倍子蜂蜜中的平均含量具有显著性差异;主成分分析显示,根据第一主成分和第二主成分可以达到五倍子蜂蜜与非五倍子蜂蜜的分离;正交偏最小二乘法判别分析呈现出五倍子蜂蜜具有良好的聚集趋势,判别模型用于五倍子蜂蜜的鉴别准确率为100%;通过潜在标记元素筛选和受试者工作特征(Receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评估,确定了K、Ca、Mg和Mn元素可以作为五倍子蜂蜜的标记元素。因此,利用离子组学对五倍子蜂蜜进行鉴别具有可行性。
By using the method of ionomics and based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),the contents of 22 elements in 27 samples of gallnut and non-gallnut honey were determined.Combined with multivariate statistical analysis,the orthogonal partial least square discrimination model of gallnut honey was established,and the marker elements of gallnut honey were screened out.The results showed that there were significant differences in the average contents of Mg,K,Ca,Mn,Ni,Se,Mo,Cd and Pb between gallnut honey and non-gallnut honey,and principal component analysis showed that the separation of gallnut honey and non-gallnut honey could be achieved according to the first principal component and the second principal component.The results of orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis showed that gallnut honey had a good aggregation trend,and the prediction accuracy of discriminant model is 100%.Through the screening of potential marker elements and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve evaluation,it was confirmed that K,Ca,Mg and Mn elements can be used as marker elements of gallnut honey.Therefore,it is feasible to use ionomics to identify gallnut honey.
