The Connotation and Three-dimensional Cultivation Path of the Integration Service Organization of Industry-education Integration

产教融合服务组织的培育是国家推动职业教育产教融合深入发展的重要举措。文章以产教融合服务组织的内涵、特征、分类为切入点,分析了产教融合服务组织存在的动因,并针对当前的产业和教育双方利益诉求不对等、人才培养标准与产业需求脱节、主客体之间互动交流意识缺乏、产教融合功能契合度不够等问题,提出了产教融合服务组织在搭建产教融合平台、实现产业需求和人才培养标准对接、建立人才共育运行模式、建立人才共育保障机制等方面的运作路径。

The cultivation of the industry-education integration service organization is an important measure for the country to promote the in-depth development of the industry education integration.The paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of the industry-education integration service organization from the perspective of the connotation,characteristics and classification of the industry education integration service organization,and points out that the current interests of the industry and education are not equal,the talent training standards are out of line with the industrial needs,the lack of awareness of interaction between the subject and object,and the insufficient compatibility of the production-education integration function.In this regard,this paper puts forward the operation path of the industry-education integration service organization in building the industry-education integration platform,realizing the docking of industrial demand and talent training standards,establishing the operation mode of talent co-education,and establishing the guarantee mechanism of talent co-education.
