我国职业教育产教融合型企业研究综述

A Summary of the Research on Industry-education Integration Enterprises of Vocational Education in China

建设产教融合型企业是促进职业教育发展的重要途径,近年来学者们对该领域进行了大量研究。文章运用文献分析法,从制度、内涵、价值、实践、国外启示、发展路径六个方面对产教融合型企业的研究现状进行了梳理分析,发现目前研究成果存在研究内容重复、研究方法以思辨为主、研究视角不够开阔的问题,有必要在后期研究中丰富研究内容和研究视角,加大实证研究的运用。

It is an important way to promote the development of vocational education to build an enterprise that integrates industryand education.Recently,scholars have done a lot of research in this field.This paper uses literature analysis to sort out and analyze the research status of industry-education integrated enterprises from six aspects:system,connotation,value,practice,inspiration from abroad and development path.It is found that there are some problems in the current research results,such as repeated research content,speculative research methods and insufficient research perspective.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich the research content and research perspective in the later research and increase the application of empirical research.
