摘要
社会服务是高职院校的重要职能,也是国家评估“双高”院校建设的一项重要指标,高职教师的社会服务能力对此指标起着决定性的作用。大师工作室在提升高职教师社会服务能力上有相对优势,能创新驱动高职教师专业发展水平向高端延伸,能全面展示高职教师技术技能风采,能有效转化高职教师专业研究成果,能精准提升高职教师的技艺传承与双创水平。依托大师工作室,提升高职教师社会服务能力应从两个方面考虑:一是平台的搭建与完善,包括组织结构的革新、优化关系布局、打造特色品牌等;二是教师的培育与激励,包括培育机制的融通、不同层次激励机制的建立等。
Social service is an important function of higher vocational colleges,and it is also an important index to evaluate the construction of"double high"colleges in China.The social service ability of higher vocational teachers plays a decisive role in this index.Master Studio has comparative advantages in improving the social service ability of higher vocational teachers,can innovate and drive the professional development level of higher vocational teachers to extend to the high-end,can comprehensively display the technical skills of higher vocational teachers,effectively transform the professional research results of higher vocational teachers,and accurately improve the skills inheritance and double innovation level of higher vocational teachers.Relying on master studios,the promotion of social service ability of higher vocational teachers should be considered from two aspects.The first is the establishment and improvement of the platform,including the innovation of organizational structure,optimizing relationship layout,building characteristic brands,etc.The second aspect is the cultivation and incentive of teachers themselves,including the integration of cultivation mechanism and the establishment of incentive mechanism at different levels.
