The Policy Implementation and Enlightenment of British Vocational Education to Support Young Vulnerable Groups

青年弱势群体问题作为一个社会问题已不容忽视。文章在分析英国1997—2021年间的新工党政府、保守党和自由民主党联合政府以及保守党单独执政政府三个时期的职业教育支持青年弱势群体的政策与措施等背景成因和相互关系的基础上,总结归纳其成效,并认为英国职业教育支持青年弱势群体的政策与措施对我国在支持目标、支持方式和支持内容上具有借鉴和启示意义。

As a social problem,the problem of youth vulnerable groups cannot be ignored.This paper analyzes the policies and measures of vocational education in support of young vulnerable groups in the three periods of the New Labour government,the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition government,and the Conservative Party's Government from 1997 to 2021,and summarizes their effects on the basis of analyzing their background causes and mutual relations.The policies and measures of supporting youth vulnerable groups in British vocational education can be used as a reference for our support target,support method and content.
