摘要 中高压电力架空线路的跳闸故障,绝大部分是外力破坏、小动物入侵、雷击等原因产生的绝缘击穿闪络所造成的,给配网线路运行安全性带来了较大考验。针对配网线路小电阻接地改造后普遍存在的问题,开展对线路跳闸故障成因的系统性分析,通过多方面、多维度的新技术研发整合,提出了安装环状电感线圈、设计霍尔电流传感器、研发低成本视频监控系统等方法,克服了因小电阻改造造成的跳闸率不降反升的被动局面。 Most of the tripping faults of medium and high-voltage power overhead lines are caused by insulation breakdown and flashover caused by external force damage, small animal invasion, lightning stroke and other reasons. In recent years, with the transformation of small resistance grounding of the system, the lightning stroke tripping rate of lines in many areas has increased significantly, and the tripping rate caused by external damage has also increased, which brings a great test to the operation safety of distribution lines. Aiming at the common problems existing in the transformation of small resistance grounding in distribution network, this paper carries out a systematic study on the causes of line tripping fault. Through the research and development of new technologies in many aspects and dimensions, this paper puts forward the methods of installing ring inductance coil, designing Hall sensor, developing low-cost video monitoring system, etc., so as to overcome the passive situation that the tripping rate does not fall but generates due to the transformation of small resistance.
