摘要
针对传统搪铅、环氧玻璃丝带工艺易造成电缆终端尾管处腐蚀、发热等问题,提出了一种新的高压电缆尾管密封方法,并通过模拟安装现场及电气性能试验验证了该方法的可行性。该方法可以避免火烤加热对电缆本体的灼伤,具有安装便捷、环保等特点,从而提升了附件安装效率和质量,也提高了高压电缆运行的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of corrosion and heating at the tail pipe of cable terminal caused by traditional lead sealing and epoxy glass ribbon technology, a new method of replacing lead sealing technology with high-voltage cable tail pipe is proposed, and the feasibility of this method is verified by simulated installation electrical test and field installation.This method can avoid hot work, burn to the cable body, reduce cost and environmental protection, so as to improve the installation efficiency and quality of accessories.
