摘要
基于移动电站常用的柴油发电机组,进行噪声机理分析,并进行排风消声器降噪研究。在研究中,建立L型、U型、倒V型三种排风消声器的有限元模型,并进行仿真和试验。通过研究确认,方舱透射噪声对机外辐射噪声贡献较小,噪声解决方案以降低排风口辐射噪声为主。三种排风消声器中,倒V型的流场性能最佳,其次为L型。在500~1000Hz频率和1600~2000Hz频率,倒V型排风消声器的声压级降噪效果明显。
Based on the diesel generator sets commonly used in mobile power station,the noise mechanism analysis was carried out,and the research on noise reduction of exhaust muffler was carried out.In the study,three finite element models of L-shaped,U-shaped and inverted V-shaped exhaust mufflers were established and simulated and tested.Through study,it is confirmed that the transmitted noise of the shelter has a small contribution to the external radiated noise,and the noise solution is mainly to reduce the radiated noise of the exhaust vent.Among the three types of exhaust mufflers,the inverted V-type has the best flow field performance,followed by the L-type.At 500~1000 Hz frequency and 1600~2000 Hz frequency,the noise reduction effect of the inverted V-type exhaust muffler at sound pressure level is obvious.
