摘要
针对薄壁盲孔零件的结构特点,提出加工工艺。采用偏心工装对薄壁盲孔零件进行装夹,提高薄壁盲孔零件的切削速度,减小薄壁盲孔零件的变形,进而提高产品合格率。
According to the structural characteristics of thin-walled blind hole part,the processing technology was proposed.Eccentric tooling was used to clamp thin-walled blind hole part,by improving the cutting speed of thin-walled blind hole part,the deformation of thin-walled blind hole part can be reduced and product qualification rate will be improved.
