摘要
目的比较2种检测方法对水中消毒副产物甲醛含量的测定结果。方法比较2种分光光度法对水中消毒副产物甲醛含量的测定,建立准确的测定方法。结果用AHMT分光光度法检测甲醛浓度在0.05~1.00 mg/L范围内,校准曲线为y=0.09222x-0.04806,r=0.9994,RSD为1.44%~2.57%,回收率为98.9%~102%。用乙酰丙酮分光光度法检测甲醛浓度在0.20~3.20 mg/L范围内,校准曲线为y=0.009498x+0.0004797,r=0.9999,RSD为1.08%~2.04%,回收率为99.4%~100.0%。结论AHMT分光光度法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法2种检测方法均具有较好的线性关系,精密度与准确度均很好,适合于不同测量范围水中甲醛的选用测定。
Objective To compare the determination results of formaldehyde content of disinfection byproducts in water by two analytical methods.Methods By comparing two spectrophotometric methods for the determination of formaldehyde content of disinfection by-products in water,an accurate determination method was established.Results The concentration range of formaldehyde was 0.05~1.00 mg/L using AHMT spectrophotometry detection,and the calibration curve was y=0.09222x-0.04806,r=0.9994,RSD was 1.44%~2.57%,and the recovery rate was 98.9%~102%.The concentration range of formaldehyde was 0.20~3.20 mg/L using acetylacetone spectrophotometry detection,and the calibration curve was y=0.009498x+0.0004797,r=0.9999,RSD was 1.08%~2.04%,and the recovery rate was 99.4%~100.0%.Conclusion The two detection methods have a good linear relationship,with good precision and accuracy,which are suitable for the selection and determination of of THMT and acetylacetone spectrophotometing formaldehyde in water with different measurement ranges.
