不同材质规格和通气系统的硬质容器对灭菌时间的影响

Effect of rigid containers with different materials,specifications and ventilation systems on sterilization time

摘要 目的 比较不同金属材质、规格、通气系统硬质容器对灭菌时间的影响。方法 将手术器械一套按图谱分别放入不同材质、规格、通气系统的硬质容器中,应用温度压力检测仪监测灭菌过程中硬质容器内的平衡时间及维持时间。结果 1/1规格阀门型硬质容器中,超硬铝合金、普通铝合金和不锈钢材质的硬质容器在平衡时间和维持时间上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。比较1/1和3/4规格不锈钢材质、阀门型硬质容器的平衡时间和维持时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。比较滤膜型与阀门型通气系统1/1规格、普通铝合金材质硬质容器平衡时间和维持时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。金属材质、规格和透气系统不同的硬质容器灭菌效果和湿包发生率无差异。结论 硬质容器的材质、规格、通气系统对灭菌时间有影响,有必要对其首次使用进行验证。 Objective To compare the effects of rigid containers with different metal materials,specifications and ventilation system on sterilization time.Methods A set of surgical instruments were put into rigid containers with different materials,specifications and ventilation systems according to the atlas,respectively,and the balance time and maintenance time in the rigid containers during sterilization were monitored with the temperature and pressure sensors.Results For the rigid containers with 1/1 specification and valve type,the equilibrium time and maintenance time among rigid containers made of super-hard aluminum alloy,ordinary aluminum alloy and stainless steel were significantly different(P<0.001).Comparing the equilibrium time and maintenance time of rigid containers with 1/1 and 3/4 specifications,stainless steel and valve type,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Comparing the equilibrium time and maintenance time of rigid containers with ordinary aluminum alloy,1/1 specification,membrane type and valve type ventilation systems,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no difference in the sterilization effect and the rate of wet bag for rigid containers with different metal materials,specifications and ventilation systems.Conclusion The material,specification and ventilation system of the rigid container have influence on the sterilization time,so it is very necessary and important to verify the first use of rigid container.
