近20年来我国高校党政领导干部队伍建设研究可视化分析

The Visualization Analysis of Research on the Construction of Party and Government Leading Cadres in Colleges and Universities of China in nearly Two Decades

有关高校党政领导干部队伍建设问题一直为学者所关注。利用CiteSpace可视化分析软件,结合文献计量学、文献分析法、共现分析法等研究方法,以《中文核心期刊总览》和中文社会科学引文索引收录的期刊为样本,从文献的时间分布、发文作者及合作关系、研究机构及合作关系、研究热点及趋势等方面,对21世纪以来我国高校党政领导干部队伍建设的研究文献进行分析,旨在展示该研究领域的核心热点、研究现状以及发展趋势,以期为后续研究提供参考。

The research on the leading cadres of the Party and government in colleges and universities has always been a topic of concern to scholars. Using CiteSpace visualization analysis software, taking the journals included in the Chinese Core Journals Overview and the Chinese Social Science Citation Index as samples, combined with the research methods of literature metrology, literature analysis and co-occurrence analysis, this paper analyze the research status of leading cadres of the Party and government in colleges and universities of China since the 21 st century, from the aspects of the time distribution, author and cooperative relations, research institutions and cooperative relations, research hot spots and trends, etc., aiming at showing the core hotspots, research status and development trends of this research field, so as to provide reference for the follow-up research.
