摘要
本文对护士核心能力的相关概念、麻醉复苏室护士核心能力的研究现状等进行综述,指出目前麻醉复苏室护士核心能力评价指标体系构建研究中尚不完善的问题,以期为构建麻醉复苏室护士核心能力评价指标体系提供理论依据。
This paper reviews the related concepts of nurses'core competence and the research status of nurses'core competence in anesthesia recovery room and points out the imperfect problems in the construction of the evaluation index system of nurses'core competence in the anesthesia recovery room,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the evaluation index system of nurses'core competence in anesthesia recovery room.
