利用丙烯腈虚拟仿真工厂培养本科生工程实践能力探究

摘要 化工实习是培养化工专业本科生工程实践能力、解决复杂工程问题和创新意识的重要途径,是保障实践教育教学质量的重要举措。化工实习安排存在校园与大型化工厂距离远和化工企业接纳大量学生实习影响其生产管理等问题,且实习过程中存在化工设备内部结构不可视和学生不能动手操作等一系列困境。基于此,文章以丙烯腈虚拟仿真工厂为实践教学平台,通过DCS和现场设备联合操作示范的教学方法,保障实践教育教学质量,旨在培养学生工程实践、工程设计、工程管理和团队协作能力,达成实践教育教学目标。 To cultivate the field abilities,complex engineering problem-solving capabilities and technology innovation of undergraduates,the chemical engineering practice is proposed as a compulsory course and consider as an important way for improving the quality of education and teaching.In fact,there are many difficulties just as long distance between the university and the plant,possible interreference of intern students with normal plant production,unobservable structure of chemical facilities and lack of hands-on operations.Therefore,the virtual simulation factory of acrylonitrile is played as a practice teaching platform,and the teaching method of the DCS(distributed control system)combined with the equipment operation is used to ensure the quality of practice teaching and education,which will achieve the goal of cultivating students'capabilities on engineering practice,engineering design,engineering management and teamwork cooperation.
