高职院校实践育人体系的研究与实践——以三亚航空旅游职业学院为例

根据《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中所指明的具体建设任务,三亚航空旅游职业学院参照办学实际,从贯彻落实工作要求、传承育人传统、强化工作重要性方面确定思想实践育人体系的指导思想,从构建多方协同、同向同行的实践育人体制机制、构建“双体系多平台”的培养模式、创新实践育人考核评价和激励机制三个方面具体组织实施,最后对建设过程中已解决的问题和取得的成效进行了归纳总结。
