我国现阶段高校后勤管理模式优化思路

后勤管理是我国高校管理的有机组成部分,后勤管理模式的质量影响到高校各项工作开展的成效。因此后勤管理工作是门学问,也需要学习。通过加强高校后勤管理水平,促进高校后勤工作的现代化发展,能够为我国高等教育工作的有序、顺利、通畅地开展,提供必要的支持。然而现阶段,我国高校后勤管理模式依旧存在着诸多层面的问题,严重影响到“后勤社会化”发展的质量。对此,本文结合高校后勤管理的基本内涵、构成要素,探究后勤管理模式所存在的问题,提出科学、合理、有效的后勤管理模式优化策略,以期提升高校后勤管理实效性,推动我国现代教育事业的健康发展。

Logistics management is an organic part of the management of colleges and universities in China. The quality of logistics management mode affects the effectiveness of various work in colleges and universities. Therefore, logistics management is a knowledge and needs to be learned. Strengthening the level of logistics management in colleges and universities and promoting the modern development of logistics work in colleges and universities can provide necessary support for the orderly, smooth and smooth development of higher education in China. However, at this stage, there are still many problems in the logistics management mode of colleges and universities in China, which seriously affects the quality of the development of “logistics socialization”. In this regard, combined with the basic connotation and constituent elements of logistics management in colleges and universities, this paper explores the problems existing in the logistics management mode, and puts forward scientific, reasonable and effective optimization strategies of logistics management mode, in order to improve the effectiveness of logistics management in colleges and universities and promote the healthy development of modern education in our country.
