地方应用型高校教育教学质量文化建设路径的研究

摘要 随着中国高等教育招生规模的急剧扩大,中国高等教育已步入了普及化的发展新阶段,深入推进高等教育内涵建设、提升教育办学管理水平和学生培育质量,已成了新时期中国高校的广泛共识。全面推进质量文化建设工作,使之渗透到人才培养的整个过程中,是推进高等教育质量建设工作的内生动力,也是为高等教育全方位获取社会公信力与美誉度、全方位增强核心竞争力的有效途径。通过对高等教育质量文化内涵和高等教育质量文化体系构建中所存在问题的深入研究,明确了质量文化教育有价值引导功能、凝心聚力功能、行为制约功能、激励鞭策功能,因此质量文化教育建设工作既要有制度层面规定,更要注重精神文化的教育与践行。因此,本文主要通过“透过现象看本质”,分析高校质量文化现状、存在的问题及原因,进而开展质量文化建设路径的探究。 With the rapid expansion of the enrollment scale of higher education in China, higher education in China has entered a new stage of popularization. It has become a broad consensus of Chinese universities in further promoting the connotation construction of higher education, improving the management level of education and student cultivation quality in the new era. Promoting the construction of quality culture in an all-round way into the whole process of talent training is the endogenous original force for students to promote the quality construction of higher education, and also an effective way for higher education to obtain social credibility and reputation in all respects and enhance the core competitiveness. Through the quality of higher education cultural connotation and higher education quality culture system in the problems of the in-depth study, it makes clear about the quality cultural education valuable guidance function, coagulation hearts cohesion function, behavior restriction function, incentive function, so quality cultural education construction work should have the system level, should pay more attention to the spiritual and cultural education and practice. Therefore, this paper is mainly through the quality of colleges and universities.
