摘要
教学管理工作是高校教学运行的基础,教务管理人员作为教学管理工作的直接参与者及实施主体,在教学管理过程中发挥着组织、协调教学运行的功能,其工作状态的好坏直接影响着教学管理机制的运行及教学管理水平的高低。本文通过分析教务管理人员职业倦怠的表现形式及成因,重点关注其生存状态及职业发展困境,据此提出相应的调整策略,以期缓解教务管理人员的职业倦怠,提升教务管理队伍的整体素质,从而能够更好地适应新形势下高校教学管理的需求。
Teaching management is the basis of teaching operation in colleges and universities. As the direct participants and implementation subjects of teaching management, educational administrators play the function of organizing and coordinating teaching operation in the process of teaching management, and their work status directly affects the operation of the teaching management mechanism and the level of teaching management. This paper analyzes the manifestations and causes of job burnout of educational administrators, focuses on their living conditions and career development difficulties, and puts forward corresponding adjustment strategies based on this, in order to alleviate the professional burnout of educational administrators and improve the overall quality of educational management teams. It can better meet the needs of college teaching management under the new situation.
