在自媒体时代,高校突发事件网络舆情呈现出即时性、互动性、多元性、复杂性和广泛性等特点。高校突发事件网络舆情管理存在对网络舆论主体行为研究浅显、管理目标不当和管理方法落后等问题,究其原因主要是重要性认识不足、管理制度不健全和工作队伍建设滞后等。高校应强化领导体制、发挥协作效能、抓好队伍建设、深入舆情研究、落实媒介素养教育,构建系统科学的工作格局,牢牢掌握网络舆论主动权,增强高校网络舆论管理总效应。

In the era of we media, the network public opinion of emergencies in colleges and universities shows the characteristics of immediacy, interaction, diversity, complexity and universality. There are some problems in the network public opinion management of emergencies in colleges and universities, such as shallow research on the behavior of the main body of network public opinion, improper management objectives and backward management methods, the main reasons are insufficient understanding of importance, imperfect management system and lagging construction of work team. Colleges and universities should strengthen the leadership system, give full play to the efficiency of cooperation, pay attention to the team construction, conduct in-depth public opinion research, and implement media literacy education, construct the working pattern of system science, firmly grasp the initiative of network public opinion, enhance the overall effect of network public opinion management in colleges and universities.
