摘要
在人本管理的背景下,从新生代员工这一视角出发,在分析确定新生代员工的内涵及鲜明特征的前提下,在相关幸福感理论指导下,构建了H企业新生代员工职业幸福感的调查问卷。借助统计学的相关方法,对调查所获数据进行整理分析,指出影响H企业新生代员工幸福感程度的因素,进一步剖析H企业人力资源管理工作的不足之处,最后提出具有针对性的措施。
Under the background of people-oriented management, from the perspective of the new generation of employees, on the premise of analyzing and determining the connotation and distinctive characteristics of the new generation of employees, and under the guidance of relevant happiness theories, this paper constructs a questionnaire on the career happiness of the new generation of employees in H Enterprise. By means of statistical methods, the data obtained from the survey are sorted out and analyzed, which points out the factors that affect the happiness degree of the new generation of employees in H Enterprise, further analyzes the deficiencies of human resource management in H Enterprise, and finally puts forward targeted measures.
