文化自信视角下工匠精神的传承与创新路径研究

Research on the Inheritance and Innovation Path of Craftsman Spirit from the Perspective of Cultural Self-confidence

文化自信与工匠精神两者是相辅相成的关系,新时代、新背景下,应该不断强调工匠精神的养成与弘扬。基于此,本文认为应该从以下四个不同维度来探讨新时代对于工匠精神的传承与创新。第一,在全社会范围内大力塑造劳动光荣理念,鼓励年轻人尊重劳动、热爱劳动;第二,坚持加强工匠制度建设,在各行各样树立具体、明确、清晰的工匠管理制度,强化人才保护的制度意识;第三,鼓励企业自身谋求纵向长远发展,努力打造“百年老店”,形成特有的企业文化;第四,在企业内部,要注重工会职能的发挥,建立工匠群体的保护组织,为人才培养奠定坚实的组织基础。

Cultural self-confidence and craftsman spirit complement each other. In the new era and background, we should continue to emphasize the cultivation and promotion of craftsman spirit. Based on this, this paper believes that the inheritance and innovation of craftsman spirit in the new era should be discussed from the following four different dimensions. First, vigorously shape the concept of glorious labor in the whole society, and encourage young people to respect and love labor. Second, insist on strengthening the construction of craftsman system, establish a specific, clear and clear craftsman management system in all walks of life, and strengthen the institutional awareness of talent protection. Third, encourage enterprises to seek vertical and long-term development, strive to build a “century old store” and form a unique corporate culture. Fourth, within the enterprise, we should pay attention to the exertion of the functions of trade unions, establish the protection organization of craftsman groups, and lay a solid organizational foundation for talent training.
