摘要
本文首先介绍了高职院校辅导员开展职业生涯规划的必要性,通过专门的研究与调查,精准找出目前辅导员管理存有的现实问题,并且针对问题提出四项优化其职业发展与职业生涯规划的有效措施,如完善辅导员选聘、培育辅导员理论素养、确认辅导员工作职责及搭建职业发展平台,从而确认高职院校辅导员的内部管理效果。
Firstly, this paper introduces the necessity of career planning for counselors in higher vocational colleges, accurately finds out the practical problems existing in counselor management through special research and investigation, and puts forward four effective measures to optimize their career development and career planning, such as improving counselor selection and employment, cultivating counselor theoretical literacy, confirming the job responsibilities of counselors and building a career development platform, so as to confirm the internal management effect of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
