摘要
师资培养是高职教育重要发展环节,关乎高等教育的创新和优化,更关乎教育质量与教育效率。但目前高职院校过于重视发展教育,缺少对教师职业培训的重视和关注,导致教师教学能力及实践能力无法有效提升,限制了素质教育的创新。从高职院校教师教学能力及实践能力提升必要性入手,了解现阶段高职院校教师培养中存在的问题,以此拓展培养途径和培养理念,构建中国化教师培训模式,可有效增强高职院校办学实力,助推国家发展与社会进步。
Teacher training is an important development link of higher vocational education, which is related to the innovation and optimization of higher education, and is more related to the quality and efficiency of education. However, at present, higher vocational colleges pay too much attention to the development of education, and lack attention and attention to teachers’ vocational training, which leads to the inability to effectively improve teachers’ teaching ability and practical ability, and restricts the innovation of quality education. Starting from the necessity of improving the teaching ability and practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, it understands the problems existing in the training of teachers in higher vocational colleges at this stage, so as to expand the training methods and training concepts, and build a Chinese-based teacher training model, which can effectively enhance the high school. The strength of vocational colleges in running schools promotes national development and social progress.
