“双高”背景下高职院校组织育人工作探析——以陕西能源职业技术学院为例

The Organization Education of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “Double High Plan”——Take Shaanxi Energy Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校首要改革发展主要任务就是加强党的建设,这是高职院校“双高建设”的根基所在。因此,如何将高职院校党组织的政治核心和战斗堡垒作用充分发挥出来,达到教育工作中组织育人工作开展的核心目的,已成为当前一个重要的研究课题。本文以陕西能源职业技术学院为研究对象,针对当前高职院校组织育人工作现状、结合发展的机遇与挑战,提出了针对性的意见,以期探究健全适合高职院校的组织育人工作体系,从而为高职院校培养高素质、高水平技能型人才提供坚强组织保证。

Leading the construction of other organizations with Party construction in the process of organizational education is not only the primary reform development and main tasks but also the basic roots for the “Double High Plan” of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, how to give full play to the role of the political core and fighting fortress of the Party organization and to achieve the core purpose of education in higher vocational colleges is an important research topic at present. Based on the experience of Shaanxi Energy Institute, the research mainly focuses on the current situation of organizational education in higher vocational colleges, combining with opportunities and challenges for the development of organizational education. This paper puts forward targeted suggestions in order to explore the new model of organizational education in the higher vocational colleges, and provides a strong organizational guarantee for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality and high-level skilled talents.
