人本化理念在高职教育管理中的应用策略 被引量:2

摘要 在我国职业教育体制深化改革背景下,高职院校应与时俱进发展,凸显教育管理工作的人本化。面对当前高职教育管理工作存在教育管理理念落后、教育管理模式陈旧、学生自我管理能力不足的问题,应充分发挥人本化理念的应用价值,通过创新管理理念,改进课程管理、完善管理模式,增强管理效率、发展学生为本,实施人性管理、加强自我管理,拓展社会实践、注重教师需求,加强激励措施、实施教务公开,凸显民主管理等策略,助力高职院校构建人本化教育管理模式,实现高职院校人才培养目标和可持续发展。 In the context of the deepening reform of our country’s vocational education system, higher vocational colleges should develop with the times, highlighting the humanism of education management. Facing the current problems in the management of higher vocational education, we should give full play to the application value of the concept of humanism, improve curriculum management, improve management mode, enhance management efficiency, develop student-oriented, implement humanistic management, strengthen management through innovative management concepts self-management, expanding social practice, paying attention to teachers’ needs, strengthening incentive measures, implementing educational affairs disclosure, highlighting democratic management and other strategies, help higher vocational colleges to build a human-oriented education management model, and achieve the goal of talent training and sustainable development in higher vocational colleges.
