基于“一带一路”倡议下的国际化人才人文素养提升路径研究

Promotion on the Humanistic Quality Cultivation Path of Internationalized Talents under the “Belt and Road” Initiative

在国际化人才培养过程中人文素养教育是核心,尤其在“一带一路”倡议坚持“人文先行”的背景下,中外合作办学高校更应该增强对人文素养教育的重视程度。本研究对工科类合作办学高校国际化人才培养过程中渗透人文素养教育的有效路径进行分析和探讨,提出构建立体化的知识维度、打造通识化的能力维度、铸就国际化的视野维度、培育契合度高的社会维度、锻造全面发展的自我视界等策略,以期在人才培养过程中更好地渗透人文教育,着力提升中外合作办学高校学生的人文素养,助推国际化人才培养。

Humanistic literacy education is the core in the process of cultivating international talents. Especially in the context of the “Belt and Road” Initiative requiring adherence to “humanities first”, sino-foreign cooperatively-run universities should pay more attention to humanistic literacy education. This research analyzes and discusses the effective ways to infiltrate humanistic literacy education in the process of international talent training in engineering cooperative universities. Strategies such as cultivating a social dimension with a high degree of fit and forging a self-vision of all-round development are expected to better penetrate humanistic education in the process of talent training, focus on improving the humanistic quality of students in sino-foreign cooperatively-run universities, and promote the cultivation of high-level international talents.
