基于工匠精神职业院校数控加工实训课程实践教学探讨

Discussion on Practical Teaching of Numerical Control Machining Training Course in Vocational Colleges Based on Craftsman Spirit

工匠精神作为一种制造文化,是培养高素质劳动者,实现中国从“制造大国”向“制造强国”转变的重要手段,本文结合作者教学实际经验及大量文献的参阅,立足于“工匠精神”时代内涵和基于工匠精神背景下《数控加工实训》课程教学改革的意义,通过对延边职业技术学院《数控加工实训》课程融入工匠精神效果评价开展调查问卷分析,从工匠精神背景下《数控加工实训》课程教学存在的问题,职业院校《数控加工实训》课程学生工匠精神培育效果质量保障机制等方面进行探析,以期对如何将工匠精神的文化内核落实到《数控加工实训》课程全过程,摸索出行之有效的途径与方法,以推动职业院校数控专业学生全面的发展。

As a manufacturing culture, craftsman spirit is an important means to cultivate high-quality workers and upgrade China from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality. Based on the author’s practical teaching experience, a large number of references, and the connotation of the “craftsman spirit era” and the significance of the teaching reform of “CNC Machining Training” course under the background of craftsman spirit, this paper integrates the effect evaluation of craftsman spirit into the course of “CNC Machining Training” in Yanbian Vocational and Technical College, and accurately identifies the problems existing in the teaching of “CNC Machining Training” course under the background of craftsman spirit through the questionnaire to it. On the basis of this, this paper further explores the quality assurance mechanism for the cultivation of craftsman spirit among students in the course of “CNC Machining Training” in vocational colleges, with the purpose of probing the effective ways and methods to implement the cultural core of craftsman spirit into the whole process of “CNC Machining Training” course, so as to promote the all-round development of CNC machining students in vocational colleges.
