不同物候期“密叶金毛”化橘红HPLC指纹图谱的建立

Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint for Different Phenological Phases of the Exocarpium Citri Grandis-“Dense Leaf Golden Hair”

摘要 基于HPLC技术,对化橘红“密叶金毛”花蕾、盛花、幼果与成果等物候期样本中香豆素类物质进行分析,建立了化橘红“密叶金毛”花蕾、盛花、幼果与成果等物候期的指纹图谱。所建立的各个指纹图谱共有峰的保留时间标准相对偏差均小于0.5%,且10个样品间的HPLC分析图比较相似度均大于0.900,均符合指纹图谱要求。所建立的化橘红“密叶金毛”HPLC指纹图谱,可以应用于化橘红“密叶金毛”栽培种植过程中进行质量监测,保障化橘红“密叶金毛”栽培种植质量。 Based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technology,the coumarins in the phenological samples of the Exocarpium Citri Grandis-"Dense Leaf Golden Hair",such as flower buds,full flowers,young fruits and fruits are analyzed,for the Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint of Phenological Phase Samples of the Exocarpium Citri Grandis-"Dense Leaf Golden Hair".The standard relative deviations of the retention time of the common peaks of the established fingerprints are all less than 0.5%,and the comparative similarity of the HPLC analysis graphs among the 10 samples are all greater than 0.900,thus meeting the requirements of the fingerprints.The established HPLC fingerprints of the Exocarpium Citri Grandis-"Dense Leaf Golden Hair"can be used for quality monitoring during the cultivation and planting.
