两种肉用品种种公羊采精量及精子活率的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Semen Collection and Semen Viability of Two Meat Breed Rams

为了解引进肉用品种公羊繁殖性能,选出最好的一个品种,以达到最大限度的提高优良种公羊利用率,加速品种育成和提高繁殖率。本次试验以萨福克和杜泊种公羊为试验对象,通过显微镜观察法对其精液采精量、新鲜精液的精子活率和稀释后精液的精子活率进行了比较。结果显示萨福克公羊的采精量为0.7~0.8 mL,杜泊采精量为1.05~1.23 m L,采精量之间差异显著(P<0.05);不同品种公羊鲜精精子活率之间差异不显著(P>0.05),稀释后的精子活率之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但新鲜精液的精子活率均高于稀释后精液的精子活率(P<0.05)。结论是杜泊种公羊精液采精量高于萨福克种公羊,精子活率之间没有显著性差异。

In order to understand the reproductive performance of the imported meat breed ram and select the best variety to maximize the utilization rate of the excellent ram,accelerate the breeding,and improve the reproductive rate.Methods:In this study,Suffolk and Duper rams were selected as the the subjects,and the volume of semen collected,the viability of fresh semen and diluted semen were compared by microscopic observation.The volume of semen collected from Suffolk ram was 0.7-0.8ml,and that of Duper ram was1.05~1.23 mL,with significant difference between them(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the viability of fresh and diluted semen between different breeds of ram(P>0.05),but the viability of fresh semen were significantly higher than that of diluted semen(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collected semen volume of Duper rams is higher than that of Suffolk rams,and there is no significant difference in semen viability between fresh semen and diluted semen.
