四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Associated with Helicobacter Pylori

目的:分析四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1-10月海南省琼海市中医院收治的幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予三联疗法,观察组给予四联疗法。比较两组患者治疗效果、生活质量、幽门螺旋杆菌清除率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、身体健康、日常生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性胃炎效果较为理想,患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率较低,生活质量较高,幽门螺旋杆菌清除率较高,可加速患者的胃部修复,保证患者健康。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori.Methods:60 patients with Helicobacter Pylori associated chronic gastritis admitted to Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hainan Province from January to October 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given triple therapy and the observation group was given quadruple therapy.The treatment effect,quality of life,Helicobacter Pylori clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological function,physical health and daily life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis is more ideal,with lower adverse reactions,higher quality of life and higher clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the treatment process,which can accelerate the gastric repair of patients and ensure their health.
