奥布卡因凝胶联合二甲基硅油原液在普通结肠镜检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Oxybuprocaine Gel Combined with Dimethicone Stock Solution in Common Colonoscopy

目的:分析奥布卡因凝胶联合二甲基硅油原液在普通结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8-11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第900医院行普通肠镜患者64例为观察对象,行前瞻性随机对照研究,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各32例。观察组给予奥布卡因凝胶联合二甲基硅油原液,对照组给予二甲基硅油原液。观察两组肛门疼痛发生率、腹痛疼痛发生率、肠镜操作难易程度、回盲部到达时间、肠镜视野可视度及病灶检出率。结果:观察组肛门疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腹痛发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组肠镜操作难易程度、回盲部到达时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组肠镜视野可视度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病灶检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发生相关的不良反应。结论:奥布卡因凝胶联合二甲基硅油原液在普通肠镜检查中,可降低肛门疼痛发生率及提高肠镜视野可视度,临床应用安全。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of oxybuprocaine gel combined with dimethicone stock solution in common colonoscopy.Methods:Sixty-four patients who underwent general colonoscopy in the 900th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Security Force from August to November 2020 were selected as observation subjects for a prospective randomized controlled study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,32 cases each.The observation group was given oxybuprocaine gel combined with dimethicone stock solution,while the control group was given dimethicone stock solution.The incidence of anal pain,the incidence of abdominal pain,the ease of colonoscopy,the time to reach the ileocecal area,the visualization of the colonoscopy field and the detection rate of lesions were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of anal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of abdominal pain between the two groups compared(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the ease of operation of colonoscopy and the time to reach the ileocecal region(P>0.05).In the observation group,the visualization of the colonoscopy field was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of lesions between the two groups(P>0.05).No relevant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Oxybuprocaine gel combined with dimethicone stock solution can reduce the incidence of anal pain and improve the visualization of colonoscopy in general colonoscopy,and is safe for clinical application.
