摘要
目的:探讨微生态制剂联合头孢菌素类抗菌药物治疗急性感染性腹泻的临床效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年8月北京市顺义区妇幼保健院、北京儿童医院顺义妇儿医院收治的急性感染性腹泻患儿90例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予头孢抗菌药物治疗,观察组给予微生态制剂联合头孢菌素类抗菌药物治疗。比较两组患儿腹泻症状缓解用时、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、炎性因子及二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平。结果:观察组水样便纠正、呕吐、腹泻症状缓解用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、内毒素、DAO水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微生态制剂联合头孢菌素类抗菌药物治疗急性感染性腹泻,可在短时间内实现对患者临床症状有效缓解,可降低患儿炎性反应及DAO水平,治疗安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microecological preparations combined with cephalosporin antibacterial drugs in the treatment of acute infectious diarrhea.Methods:90 cases of children with acute infectious diarrhea admitted to Beijing Shunyi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Shunyi Women's and Chilren's Hospital of Beijing Children's Hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases each.The control group was treated with cephalosporin antibacterial drugs,while the observation group was treated with microecological preparations combined with cephalosporin antibacterial drugs.The time taken to relieve diarrhea symptoms,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,inflammatory factors and diamine oxidase(DAO)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The time taken to correct watery stools,vomiting and diarrhea symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,endotoxin and DAO were reduced in both groups of patients,with the observation group being lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microecological agents combined with cephalosporin antibacterial drugs for the treatment of acute infectious diarrhea can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients within a short period of time,and can reduce the inflammatory response and DAO levels in children,with a high therapeutic safety.
