通淋固肾灸在前列腺电切术后尿失禁患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Tonglin Gushen Moxibustion in Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Prostatectomy

目的:观察通淋固肾灸在前列腺电切术后尿失禁患者中的临床应用疗效。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月广东省第二中医院泌尿外科收治的经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁患者80例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用通淋固肾灸法。观察两组患者尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分、尿失禁持续时间。结果:术后4、8、12周,两组ICIQ-SF评分持续降低,且同时间点观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4、8、12周,两组患者I-QOL评分均升高,且同时间点观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4、8、12周,两组患者每日尿失禁次数持续减少,且同时间点观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿失禁持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通淋固肾灸可有效减轻前列腺电切术后尿失禁的临床症状,提升患者的生活质量,减少每日尿失禁次数,缩短尿失禁持续时间,有助于患者早日康复。

Objective:To observe the clinical application efficacy of Tonglin Gushen Moxibustion in patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:Eighty patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral resection of the prostate admitted to the Department of Urology,Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group was given conventional care,while the observation group was given the Tonglin Gushen Moxibustion method on the basis of the control group.The incontinence questionnaire short form(ICIQ-SF)scores,incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)scores and duration of incontinence were observed in the two groups.Results:At 4,8 and 12 weeks after surgery,the ICIQ-SF scores continued to decrease in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks postoperatively,the I-QOL scores increased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same time point,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 4,8,and 12 weeks after operation,the daily frequency of urinary incontinence in the two groups continued to decrease,and at the same time point,the observation group was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of urinary incontinence in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonglin Gushen Moxibustion can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the number of daily urinary incontinence,shorten the duration of incontinence,and help patients recover as soon as possible.
