黄芪胜湿合剂治疗肩周炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Huangqi Shengshi Mixture on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察黄芪胜湿合剂治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月深圳平乐骨伤科医院收治的肩周炎患者200例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合黄芪胜湿合剂治疗。比较两组患者肩关节功能、疼痛评分、上肢功能、证候评分、临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果:治疗后,两组患者肩关节功能评分、上肢功能评分均升高,视觉模拟评分(VAS)降低,观察组肩关节功能评分、上肢功能评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者抬举疼痛、按压疼痛、活动障碍与肩关节肌肉萎缩评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肩周炎的治疗中,常规治疗联合黄芪胜湿合剂可显著改善患者肩关节功能与上肢功能,减轻疼痛,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Shengshi mixture in the treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.Methods:200 patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis admitted to Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,100 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Shengshi Mixture on the basis of conventional treatment.The shoulder joint function,pain score,upper limb function,symptom score,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the shoulder joint function score and upper limb function score increased and the visual analogue score(VAS)decreased in both groups.In the observation group,the shoulder function scores and upper limb function scores were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,lifting pain,pressing pain,mobility impairment and shoulder muscle atrophy scores were reduced in both groups,with the observation group lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis,conventional treatment combined with Huangqi Shengshi Mixture can significantly improve the function of the shoulder joint and upper limb,reduce pain and improve patient satisfaction.
