摘要
目的:分析基于微课的情景式健康教育模式在肛周疾病患者围手术期中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3-8月深圳市龙岗中心医院肛肠外科收治的肛周疾病手术患者120例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采用传统健康宣教,研究组采用基于微课的情景式健康教育模式。比较两组患者健康教育知识水平、生活质量、负性情绪、满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者认知领域、操作领域、情感领域健康知识掌握评分均提高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士礼仪、服务态度、专业技能及平均满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在针对肛周疾病手术患者进行围手术期健康宣教时,通过基于微课的情景式健康教育模式能够有效提高宣教质量,帮助患者提升生活质量,让患者更好的掌握相关健康知识,有效消除患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of situational health education mode based on micro-lessons in peri-operative period of patients with perianal diseases.Methods:120 patients with perianal disease admitted to the Department of Anorectal Surgery of Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from March to August 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases each.The control group used traditional health education,while the study group used a situational health education mode based on micro-lessons.The level of health education knowledge,quality of life,negative emotions and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the cognitive domain,operational domain and emotional domain health knowledge mastery scores of patients in both groups improved,with the study group being higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,physical function,somatic pain,general health,energy,social function and emotional function were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the depression self-rating scale scores,the anxiety self-rating scale scores decreased in both groups,with the study group lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses'etiquette,service attitude,professional skills and mean satisfaction scores were higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative health education for patients undergoing surgery for perianal diseases,the situational health education model based on micro-lessons can effectively improve the quality of education,help patients improve their quality of life,enable patients to better grasp relevant health knowledge,effectively eliminate negative emotions of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
