案例教学法在提高肿瘤内科实习生自学能力中的应用

摘要 目的:探究案例教学法在提高肿瘤内科实习生自学能力的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月-2022年7月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院肿瘤内科实习生50名为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规教学,观察组给予案例教学法教学,比较两组科室医生及患者对实习生的评价、自主学习能力评分、综合能力评分、测评量表得分、教学质量。结果:观察组操作程序、面对患者的态度、沟通技巧、核对制度的掌握、解决问题的能力、临床适应能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习动机、信息素养、自我管理能力、信息处理能力、学习合作能力、主动学习能力评分及自主学习能力总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,观察组理论知识、技能操作、应对事件反应能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生问诊、查体、诊断、医护措施、健康咨询、人文关怀、组织效能、整体评价评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专业技能、理论知识、自学能力、交流能力、操作积极性、合作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法可有效提高肿瘤内科实习生自主学习能力、综合能力、测评量表评分、教学质量、科室医生及患者对实习生的评价。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of case teaching method in improving the self-learning ability of medical oncology interns.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,50 interns from the Department of Medical Oncology,Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases each.The control group was given conventional teaching and the observation group was given case teaching method.The evaluation of the interns by the doctors and patients of the two groups,their independent learning ability score,overall ability score,assessment scale score and teaching quality were compared.Results:The observation group had higher scores on operational procedures,patient-facing attitude,communication skills,mastery of the verification system,problem-solving ability and clinical adaptability than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group's scores of learning motivation,information literacy,selfmanagement ability,information processing ability,learning cooperation ability,active learning ability and total score of independent learning ability were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,skills operation and ability to respond to events were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the observation group had higher scores on consultation,physical examination,diagnosis,medical care measures,health consultation,humanistic care,organizational effectiveness and overall evaluation than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group's professional skills,theoretical knowledge,self-learning ability,communication ability,operational enthusiasm and cooperation ability scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case teaching method can effectively improve the independent learning ability,comprehensive ability,assessment scale score,teaching quality,and evaluation of interns by doctors and patients in the department of medical oncology.
