立轴冲击式破碎机的分料锥磨损规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 立轴冲击式破碎机转子的分料锥在制砂时磨损严重,影响制砂效果,更换频繁。为了减轻分料锥的磨损,采用离散元软件EDEM对转子的三维模型进行仿真分析,探究生产参数和转子的结构参数对分料锥磨损的影响规律。研究结果表明,转子的转速为2800r/min、导流板的安装数目为4以及安装角度为0°时,分料锥的磨损最小;而入料量以及物料进入转子的初始速度的增加会加剧分料锥的磨损。可通过对分料锥磨损的仿真分析,为转子耐磨性能的优化设计提供理论参考。 The split cone of the rotor of vertical-shaft impact crusher in sand production wear seriously and affect the sand production effect,so it is change frequently. In order to reduce the wear of the split cone,EDEM using discrete element software was used to simulate and analyze the 3D model of the rotor to explore the influence of production parameters and rotor’s structure parameters on the wear of the split cone. The results showed that when the rotor speed was 2800r/min,the number of guide plates was 4,and the mounting angle was 0°,the wear of the split cone was minimal. However,the increase of the feed amount and the initial velocity of the material into the rotor will aggravate the wear of the split cone. It can provide theoretical reference for the optimal design of rotor wear resistance through the simulation analysis of taper wear.
